Waa Kiakahi, June 4-6
6th annual event celebrating the ancient sport and culture of Hawaiian canoe sailing. Ten canoes begin the weekends festivities with a race from Hoaloha Park in Kahului to Kaanapali Resort. Kaanapali Beach in front of The Whaler on Kaanapali Beach. More: 6th Annual Wa`a Kiakahi.
Maui Brewer’s Festival 2010, May 15
The second annual Maui Brewers Festival showcases the best hand-crafted beers made in Hawaii. The event will feature 30 breweries, appetizer’s from local restaurants, and live entertainment. Maui Arts & Cultural Center, One Cameron Way, Kahului. More: Maui Brewer’s Festival 2010.
